Arby's

Stopped at this Denton, MD Arby’s today a little after 5pm. I ordered a single item, a double beef and cheddar. One item. I was the only customer. I was 10 minutes down the highway when I discovered no cheddar! Ridiculous! Cost over $8 including tax. How can you get a single item wrong? (Hard to tell it was a “double” too.)

This place is crazy staff is hard to deal with , a lot of smart comments when you walk back up with an issue. Management that knows of the problems but say there's nothing that they can do . The picture is of a brisket sandwich. There's no sauce no fried onions and I did ask for no cheese so they did that part correctly. Im tired of paying a premium price f9r subpar food

hit or miss, mainly hit. but there are times my sandwich is colder than previous visits. Not one to really say much or complain, usually just go to another location. Its fine for what's around

Horrible service. One person got in front of me. I get no Welcome greeting. Expediter handed my bag of food to me. Didnt say thankyou or anything. When im giving our families money to a place of business. Im sorry but i believe we needed to be treated a little better than this. I hope they give these people a class on how to treat customers.

On 12-8 we stopped for a shake and the gentleman working is beyond kind, professional and exceptional service. Its so nice to encounter people who are good at what they do and enjoy it
