Had an issue with online app and the order, but the manager on duty, believe his name was Jason, was extremely helpful in trying to make the issue right without me going through all that corporate trouble, even though it wasn't that stores fault. That is the type of customer service that the entire retail/food industry needs to be doing. Without customers there is no Business, so would like to say thank you and keep up the good work.

Staff is always rude. Food is served cold and they refuse to make it fresh. They ad.itted our food sat out for 15 minutes before serving it, which is a health violation. Mozzarella sticks were so cold you could split them in half. We ordered cheddar for our sandwich and it wasnt put on it, then they acted like it was our fault and it was itemized on the receipt. The female manager with dark brown hair was down right rude and slammed the drive thru window shut on us 3x. My order was a mobile order and prepaid. They wouldnt refund or replace the order so we were stuck with a cold $20 meal. 😥 I did file a complaint w customer service asking for a refund but haven't heard back yet.

General manager screwed up my order and then when question where my other sandwich was proceeded to blame me for his screw up. Tried to give me a lecture on how to order off the app with an attitude and when I said I just want my sandwich he refused and kicked us out of the restaurant and threatened to call the sherif. The man lied and said I cussed him out! LIE he just looked stupid in front of his young cashiers so he flipped it around. Nice try dude.

Nothing wrong with the service or the wait during a busy time but we had to cook the meat when we got home because it was raw in the middle. If it were only my food I wouldn't write a review but with it being other family members food as well it really made me upset. Mistakes happen though to be fair, I've never had any issues with them in the past and hope it was just an off day.

Generally love eating the sliders from here. I get the same thing every time. Buffalo sliders with extra ranch, but tonight I’ am not sure what was going on but my sliders didn’t have any buffalo on them and very little to no ranch on them when I requested and paired for extra. This is become a constant thing now. Tried to call the store to see if the problem can be fixed if I had returned but the line was off the hook “sorry no can take your call”. Guess I have to call the bank to get my money back
