Ordered through doordash and the Arby's employees didn't even ATTEMPT to get the order correct, they just said we needed to contact doordash who also said to contact the store.
Had great service. Timely manner. All food was there and fresh. On 1/27
Food is good, but they tend to be forgetful and then seem upset when you want what you paid for... dunno if they are truly upset at customer or staff BUT as a customer I see it and feel its towards me. Look, you work hard for your money, so do I and if I ordered 2 of something I'm not driving away with only 1. So read, and double check before you hand the bags out the window.
Made a messy beef and cheddar and you could tell my cheese sticks were re heated in the microwave. 🤮
Ordered a meals at the connersville Arby's drive thru. My big cheesy bacon burger was raw in the middle. Tried to call the store and phone rang out each of the 3 times I tried to call. Now I have to get back in my car and drive down there to tell them so they don't give someone food poisoning.
