Arby's

Just left Arby’s I ordered two Beef n cheddars , Chicken Cordon Blue, 3 piece strip, two large fried, and a potato cakes. Did not get the chicken strips at all, grease that the chicken, fries, and potato cakes were fried in was disgustingly dirty. The wait time walking in the lobby was 35 minutes before I left with the food. The General Manager that was working the counter and drive thru was horribly impatient and extremely rude. I hope they get a surprise visit from the health department. I will never go back!

I would give them no stars if I could. We didn’t even make it to the window. She first asks if we can wait on tenders and we replied with yes we can wait on them. Then she says well you’re just gonna have to wait. Like yeah you asked if we wanted to wait but whatever. If you can’t ask a question without being grumpy don’t ask. Needless to say I’d be scared they would spit in my food cause they didn’t like something.

Service, if you can call it that , was garbage. Tried to order food in the drive thru and the employee taking the order made it very clear that she didn’t have time to take the order. I’m not sure what else she had to do but it was clear that what ever it was, it was more important than taking an order. I guess it was my fault for trying to order food at a drive thru. Smart mouth and was clearly doesn’t have time to take someone’s order! Only reason for one star is that I don’t know how to get it to work with zero stars.

Ordered 2 classic beef and cheddar sandwiches with curly fries. I paid for extra cheese on the sandwiches and paid for 2 cups of cheese sauce. Drove 30 minutes to home and they did not give me extra anything. The lady that took my order just kept repeating my order to me and would not let me finish saying anything. Very disappointing experience and ridiculous honestly.

I ordered through the drive-thru and had the nicest lady take my order. It made my experience great because I she was genuine!!
