Arby's

Nicely updated restaurant needs to work on customer service next. I stopped in for a Jamoca shake and after waiting for staff to work on drive through for an inordinate amount of time (given that two other staff were working drive through), I was told that the shake machine was down. It wasn’t so much the disappointment of not getting a shake, as it was the attitude that came with the declaration. I would call it snarky & sarcastic, given the 94 degree temperature outside. I settled for a nugget kids combo for a snack. Nuggets were reasonably fresh and the curly fries were somewhat stale. There was only one other party in the dining area and only one more came in while I was there. I saw at least three non-cooking staff working. Service clearly could have been better. This Arby's had a very small crew working but they provided excellent service and hot fresh sandwiches. Our food was delivered to our table. I got the fish sandwich and it was delicious, my hubby got roast beef sanwich.

Tyger took my order and was kind and patient. He read my order back to me correctly at the window and was speedy with the checkout process. He asked me t9 pull forward for my food. Zyran delivered my food to me and was fast and nice. Excellent crew and the best drive through experience ever. Tyger should be promoted or get a raise in my opinion, he delivered better service than most traditional waiters and waitresses. Thank you!

I have been eating Arby’s roast beef sandwiches for well over 30 years and yesterday was the worst! We ordered a double roast beef and cheddar and a chicken cordon bleu and they were horrible! The roast beef sandwich was completely COVERED in sauce and cheese, not to mention the roast beef was hanging out of the bun so much that I could not even pick it up, totally GROSS! It was taken back twice because they fixed another sandwich and it was only a single. The third time taken back, the cook slung the sandwich towards the cashier. Then my husband started to eat the chicken cordon bleu and the chicken wasn’t cooked completely. It was springy and looked somewhat pink inside. 4 sandwiches and one side 28.00 I have yet to have any kind of sandwiches that are worth that kind of money, quality wasn't top shelf either. Also to note three regular roast beef and one beef and cheddar, jalapeno poppers. The least expensive sandwiches.
