Arby's

The fish wasn't 🐟 edible. There was barely any fish. The lettuce and piece of tomato were very fresh but the sandwich was too tough to eat. The roast beef was okay. The curly fries were a mistake. My husband wanted crinkle fries but got curly fries. He said he spoke the order correctly. The order was very depressing.

So they had messed up my order and when I got home I realized it of course my son wouldn't eat his sandwich because it had toppings on it that we're not requested but I had called the restaurant and the manager had replaced the meal I just had to ride her name on a Merced and give it to them she was very apologetic and very nice about it only reason I didn't give them five stars is because of the mess up but it was fixed even though my son threw a fit I understand people make mistakes. SHOUT OUT TO OKAY Maggie for fixing my food

Nearly choked on the chicken. Either the chicken was days old or the grease really needs to be changed. The fries tasted off as well. Online order doesn’t have a code to submit my feedback.

Why does this company have microwaves?? Anything other than roast beef is reheated. Everytime I come here I get old 5 hour old chicken reheated. You raised the prices for a cheap slider and everything is always burnt. GET RID OF THE MICROWAVES!!!

Local a live close by, family loves Arby’s.. just not this location. They will Litterly ask if the order is correct on the screen and they get it all wrong… poor management and training, the workers are alway nice.. but seem they can only do a poor job, always incorrect food issues, if you receive the food. Its wrong, ask for Arby’s as everyone does.. won’t receive any sauce… its a go to place,,,, just don’t go and let close down. Would post photos but cant if never received the food.. doesn’t matter if you eat in, order out DD or drive thru. They suck
