Arby's

Arby's has been around for years, and I've always enjoyed their food. This location features an industrial-rustic style with dark woods and red color accents. The dining area is clean and spacious. Mobile ordering and delivery are great time savers. The mobile app also features deals, a photo menu, and more! The staff and service have been good, with kind service and quick order preparations. My favorite items are the roast beef sandwiches, curly fries, and the sauces. Some tasty combos, as well as seasonal and limited-time items. The value menu is a good option if you just need a snack or if you don't have a big appetite. Plus, they offer burgers, chicken sandwiches, and more if you're craving something different. Oder from Arby's time to time, the previous visit was a complete mess and havent been back for a spell. However this evening decided to pick Arby's up on the way home. Used the app and two meals were placed. It is amazing how badly they screwed up, fact is, this wasn't somebody being busy and forgetting something, this was pure "I don't care about what the customer wants, this will be easier". Forgot the cheese on my sandwich, had ordered potato cakes , Not curly fries, both orders of Mozzerella sticks had No marinara on the side, also requested 4 packets of Arby's sauce, not one was given, nor napkins, or any variety of sauce. The best was one Root Beer and one DR Pepper, to diferenciate the two cups on the lid "other" was pressed on one. What does that mean exactly? Even better, Bo

The Roast beef sandwich only had a small cluster of meat in the middle of the sandwich. The Aujus made it taste good. The fries were my favorite part of the meal. The pies look better t han they tasted.

Like this location because it's near the 91 freeway easy off easy on, but lately I have not been able to order online for about 3 weeks, went today 12/31/26 had my 78yr old mother. We had tried to order online, it said not available, I guess we'll order there. I order a double roast beef and we saw the new peach cobbler rolls online so I tried to order those cool desserts and the person didn't understand at 1st then said we don't have those. Ok no problem we ordered cherry turnovers instead. When I got to the window I asked again about online ordering and he said it was down, ok no problem. Then he asked any sauces I said yes 2 Bronco Berry please, he hesitated and looked at the sauces and said we don't have any. Sorry Arby's but you've messed up too many times I will now drive all

Went here and they don’t take coupons. That’s fine. Then I asked for the fish sandwich (which the other location has). Nope. So I left. The whole restaurant is empty and the drive thru is dead. Good luck with that. They will be closed down in no time
