I got a coupon deal on the app and set it up for takeout. Upon arrival I was instructed to pickup inside the restaurant. Big mistake, I ended up waiting for over 20 minutes after the pickup time to get fast food, because I went inside. They cleared the drive-thru lane before even starting my order. Regardless of what the app tells you, use the drive-thru to get your online orders. There is minimal effort from staff if you don’t.

Arby's sandwich great!! Curly fries have degraded. In a large 4 were curly and they just didn't taste like they used to.

I specifically ordered arby’s sauce and they didn’t give it to me, that the only way i like to enjoy my roast beef sandwiches and i ordered a large fry and payed for a large fry but they gave me a medium!? Why ask me if i want sauce but not give it to me?

This is my second time having an issue here recently. Very specifically asked for no tomato. The receipt confirms this. Has tomato…. Brisket sandwich almost seemed leftover. So dry and tough. Crinkle fries had no salt and were mushy. Sweet teas were both unsweet. Tried to call. No answer.

The steak nuggets!!!!!! Tender, juicy, smokey, and flavorful! Must try! And that mac n cheese bowl with the fried onions and steak was a hit! Didn't know the mac an cheese was so GOOD!
