Gave this place multiple chances this year 2026, but every trip has been a huge disappointment in food freshness, quality, and quantity. Food was dry and taste like it was cooked hours before. Meat was skimpy and just thrown on the bun. The burgers were not fully cooked in the middle and taste dry. The fountain machine ice dispenser and drink dispensers need cleaning. Food prep could be taken more serious and at least show you care about your job and work a little. When it’s dark outside, turn on the outside lights and sign. I’m beginning to wonder if there is such a thing as district managers that check their assigned stores anymore - apparently not.

We stopped in for dinner 9/16. The staff was so awesome! Hands down some of the best customer service in a younger generation I've seen. The restaurant was clean, our food was fantastic. I did not catch any of their names, but they ALL need to be recognized for an exceptional job.

Ordered 2 roast beef and cheddar got home opened bag unwrapped sandwich and was so surprised and regret that I had spent 12 dollars on such a small sandwich it was no bigger than a small hamburger, never again again.

I ordered a 4 piece potato cakes through the drive thru. I got them & while they were really hot they looked as if they’d been cooked long ago & put back in grease to make them hot. They were nasty. I took them back & the manager gave me a fresh order.

Clean parking lot. Picked up through the drive thru window. Pleasant staff. Regular roast beef sandwich with cheddar cheese. Fresh made, warm and delicious.
