Arby's

Lobby was clean I was the only guest. I was waited on quickly, she was friendly did not get her name but she had just made the tea but wasn’t a tea drinker and it was very good. My issue was with the food… with being the only guest I would have thought my food was hot and fresh, this wasn’t the case I had to ask for hot curly fries and when I opened my sandwich a double roast beef there were a lot of dried pieces throughout that I had to pick out of the sandwich. Hot and fresh brings the guest back to dine again!

Nice location. Staff were all friendly, clean restroom, food was exactly what you’d expect at Arby’s. My toddlers liked the mozzarella sticks and the chicken nuggets. The roast beef with cheese was exactly what one would expect.

While traveling from Dallas to Arkansas today, we stopped in for lunch around 1 p.m. at what appeared to be a relatively new Arby’s location. Our sandwich, fries, and tea were alright though the meat seemed cool and our order took longer than other Arby’s we frequent. The young woman who called us up to give our order apologized nicely for it taking so long to which I said no problem. My concerns are with employee training. I got the last couple of napkins and noticed there wasn’t any Arby’s barbecue sauce so I approached the counter and quietly said to an older woman who appeared to be in charge that they were out of napkins and sauce. As I walked back toward my table, she said loud enough for other customers to hear, “We’re short handed today and doing the best we can.” This startled

I don't recommend Arby's of Atoka, Oklahoma. If I give you a negative review, it's because you deserve it. I placed an online order with a chocolate milkshake, with no whipped topping, well I got whipped topping anyway. Arby's you were out of the onion and pepper mix for the cheese steak, employee offers to use onion and jalapeno pepper instead, I agree, but they serve it raw instead of grilling it with the beef, then you decide to make my milkshake like you want it, but I said no whipped topping. I can't & will not recommend an establishment who doesn't take the time to read the receipt of orders placed because you assumed it was ordered the usual way, but had the employee perform the job they get paid for, I wouldn't be having this conversation with a worldwide audience. We really enjoy the Arby's classics - roast turkey & bacon & cheddar on fresh honey wheat bread and the smokehouse brisket sandwiches, and the jalapeño poppers pop with great flavor. We actually made it a point on our interstate travel to hit Arby's for lunch both ways! Great attitude and service from the staff and the prices are fair.
