⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stop in Atoka! Fantastic service and delicious food — everything came out hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location couldn’t be better for travelers. Easy on and off the highway with plenty of room for trailers or RVs. Definitely one of the best Chili’s experiences we’ve had on the road! 👏🍔🌶️

Well, where to begin? Family waited for quite some some time to be seated and actually had to wave someone down. When we were finally greeted it was not friendly. In fact, the young lady who came to the hostess stand looked as though she hates life. Begrudgenly she led us to our seat. Once seated we waited approximately 15min before anyone came to ask us about a drink order. After finally getting our drinks and waiting a while longer our appetizer and food order were eventually taken. Sitting here at our table for nearly an hour we just received some chips and salsa. No offer to refill drinks, or tend to anything we may have wanted or needed, (we don't want or need anything at this point) we still have yet to receive the appetizer ordered and no sign of our food. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked through the door and seated right away. Our waiter came over to our table as soon as we sat down and asked what we wanted to drink. After she took our order our food was ready in about 10 minutes and it was delicious and hot.

First review: I'll take the L for not actually cutting into my steak (as they requested). A medium rare order came out medium well to well done. My fault for not checking while the person was here. Also, apparently Chili's prepares steaks on a flat griddle now instead of a grill. That'll be the last steak I ever eat at a Chili's. If I wanted a Waffle House steak, that would have been a cheaper mistake. I took three bites and left the entire meal. Margaritas were solid. Hostess was very pleasant. We are new to the area and chilis is one of the closest restaurants to us. We have been here several times since we moved here in May. Every single visit, whether it's dine in or pick up, this location gives us consistently good food at a good price. We have had really great service every time we have dined in.
