5 stars for me! This location’s food has always been good, and the employees are always very nice and professional. I had 2 employees go out of their way to talk to me, and be friendly! That was actually very nice (:
Riddle me this. If I show up 15 minutes before closing, why are their fryers off? I showed up at 1145 when they close at 12. I was told they were not serving fried foods. This is a fast food restaurant. Every combo has fries. I would love for a manager to try telling me they authorized tearing down the kitchen even a minute before close.
My son was super upset that the ice cream machine was down and couldn't get a milkshake but, it was also 20 minutes before close so I understand completely. She was friendly and nice.
And they wonder why customers feel slighted. I feel robbed.
Food was really good everything was freshly made and had that signature Arby's flavor
