Arandas Mexican Cuisine

Went here on valentine's day with my girlfriend hoping to get a quick meal. Showed up at like 6:05, grabbed a menu and was basically told we don't get to eat tonight cause they have THREE orders on the queue 😱 I've worked in restaurants. Mexican food is super easy to throw together. Why would it take you an hour to do three orders and one more? Get employees who aren't afraid to work. I understand if I showed up right before closing but it was an entire hour before closing. Extremely disappointing cause the food is great. Ended up going to Samurai Soul Food instead who closed at the same time and they happily accepted us and even stayed open past closing. After growing up in Southern California and moving to the Upper Valley, we know Mexican food... And this is real Mexican food! So glad to have found Aranda in Fairlee to make it a regular stop. The tacos, burritos, sides, drinks - all good. The churros with condensed milk dipping sauce are a must-try.

Almost didn't go in cause it's in a gas station convenience store, but glad we didn't make that mistake. Food was ready so quick. Probably the most authentic Mexican food I've had in New England. We had the quesabirria, al pastor, and crispy potato tacos - all were delicious. Could have drank the quesabirria sauce. Highly recommend!

Delicious. Ordered the burrito bowl and quesabirras, good portion, delicious. Salsa and other dips were excellent. The meat and toppings were everything I hoped for. Small counter service which was great for two of us. If you have a big party this is a takeout order for ya’ll. 10/10. I’ll be back soon.

Amazing food, it blew away our expectations! Some of the best Mexican food we have ever had! We place stays forever!!!
