Aqua Terra Bistro

This was our first time here. We came for brunch. The food was pretty tasty but I wasnt super impressed. The salad and bengiets were great. I saw the dinner menu, and it looked amazing. I am looking forward to trying it out. Todd was an excellent server, answered every question I had. Unfortunately, there was a hair in my food and my card was accidentally swiped for another table that was 3x as much as our bill. They did take off the price of the appetizer that had hair in it, though. I will definitely come back and give them another chance.

We sat at the bar and had a great experience! The bartenders were super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. My martini was perfectly made — smooth and delicious. For dinner, I ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. The portions were generous, and everything was flavorful and cooked just right. The shrimp and grits were also tasty, though there was a bit too much gravy and not quite enough shrimp and grits. Overall, a great meal with excellent service — I’d definitely come back!

One of the yummiest breakfast burgers. Loved the coca cola bbq and the berry jam combo that it came with. It had such a great balance of sweet and spicy. So so good. I also really loved the dipping sauce for the bread. Wow. Loved our server she was funny and kind making it an enjoyable experience as we celebrated a birthday.

Honestly my wife and I were pretty excited about this place. The service was good. The atmosphere was good. The food, not so much. Medium burger came out well done. The parmesian fries were cool to the touch and soggy. My wife's meal was just mediocre at best. Maybe we had the B team being middle of the day and middle of the week? Our server did a good job though and it is a nice atmosphere other than the booth that had cracked fake leather and worn out cushions that hurt your legs to sit on too long. Not the experience we had hoped for.

We had an incredible dinner last night! Tarra was our server, and she made the night perfect. She has been at the restaurant for over 15 years—which is a testament in itself to their standards. But her friendliness and attention to detail show her passion for her job. The food was outstanding. We had the pork belly special and the friend chicken, which is my husband’s favorite. The bar service was quick. We can’t wait to return!!
