Me and my wife had a chance to visit this Aqua Bar And Lounge while our vacation in Vegas. Overall - everything was excellent. Nice bar with huge variety of drinks and wine. Food was delicious. Classy interior and super professional and friendly staff. Manager Amanda made sure our dinner was perfect. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding—especially the caviar, which was truly extraordinary. What really made the evening unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service from Jessica and Mallory. Attentive, warm, and perfectly timed, they elevated the entire experience.

I booked Aqua Seafood & Caviar Restaurant for a girls’ night on the Strip, and it turned out to be the highlight of our trip. We shared the king crab lettuce wraps, crab cakes, and a tin of caviar to start, and every bite was fresh, rich, and full of flavor. For mains, our table had a mix of Mediterranean sea bass, Dover sole, and uni risotto, and nobody could decide whose dish was best because they were all that good. Our server, Joyce, kept the energy fun and friendly, checked in at the perfect moments, and made sure our champagne glasses were never empty. Aqua’s combination of creative seafood dishes, warm service, and a chic but comfortable atmosphere made us feel like we’d found a hidden gem in the middle of the Strip.

My husband and I wandered into Aqua Seafood & Caviar Restaurant without a reservation and ended up having one of the best meals of our trip. We were seated quickly in a stylish, relaxed space that felt upscale but not stuffy. I ordered the black cod while he had Mediterranean sea bass, and both dishes were seasoned and cooked perfectly, with sides that complemented the fish instead of competing with it. We shared an order of crab cakes and a shrimp toast to start, and each appetizer set the tone for a meal centered on clean, bright seafood flavors. Our server was friendly, on top of every detail, and made us feel like regulars even though it was our first visit, which says a lot about how well the team does their job.
