Applebee's Grill + Bar

Chris was our server and he was fantastic!! Very helpful and made great suggestions!! David helped us to our table and was kind and funny! They both made us feel like family!

My husband wanted to try their new grilled cheese cheeseburger. We didn't know they put some spice on it. It was too spicy for me. The salad was good. Their hostess was a little on the sharp tongue side. A bit abrupt

Chris was absolutely an awesome server. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure our drinks were refilled promptly, checked in at the right times without being intrusive, and ensured our food came out correctly and in a timely manner His positive attitude really stood out — he was professional, patient, and made us feel valued as guests. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about providing great customer service. Because of Chris, our experience at Applebee’s was enjoyable and stress-free. He is definitely an asset to your team, and we would love to be served by him again.

We did an online order and the food was terrible. The “wings” were just shriveled chicken nuggets with a side of ranch. The O-M-Cheeseburger doesn’t come put together they give you a crappy burger with a side cup of nacho and shredded cheese. The quesadilla was the only thing remotely edible. They also just straight up forgot our drinks that cost us nearly $6. We will never be eating here again.

I would say we had a good time overall and it was mainly due to our server, Chris. He was friendly, easy to speak with and had a great disposition. When you can tell that a person enjoys what they do and want to create a positive experience for others, then you know that person is doing well in that area. He continually checked in on us as needed, kept our beverages full, and everything arrived as requested. At no point did we feel hurried nor did we feel that we were waiting excessively. It is little details like these, that can create large differences when dining out. Chris did an excellent job and created a more enjoyable dining experience for us.
