Applebee's Grill + Bar

Waitress was super cool, really heplful and nice. Food on the other hand pretty medium. Chicken sandwich was okay but chicken breast itself had plenty of fat and was hard to bite. Fries were barely warm. Steak was decent tho, but coleslaw tasted like it was taken from the 'basement'. Kinda tasted old. Artichoke deep was okay. Tortilla chips were kinda oily but not terrible.

I've ordered takeout from here about four times in the past two months, and the food has been pretty consistent each time. So far I'm very pleased with the quality of their food.

I always come to this specific Applebees and honestly never have any issues. To start; I am human and can understand that people have bad days BUT there is a difference and hard line between having a bad day and just providing horrible service. I worked in a restaurant before so I understand the stress of being understaffed but my server SUE was so so terrible. Made me feel uncomfortable from the start of the visit. Gave me so much attitude and ROLLED HER EYES when I asked if the cook cooked cut my chicken up. Gave me looks and attitude when I asked for extra flavor in my peach tea. Barely came back around to refill our drinks and we waited what felt like forever for our food. What really made me angry was that she CONSISTENTLY checked on the 2 tables behind me but could barely attend to u

Brought the inlaws here for lunch burgers. Had their new Whole Lotta Bacon Burger offering. Other than all 3 burgers being over cooked, fantastic sandwich! Management did offer a discount once the issue was presented. Awesome service from Victoria.
