Applebee's Grill + Bar

Busy Friday evening but service was 💯. Slightly crowded with seating arrangement but waiters did well navigating the space space. Food was good with a small mistake on the order that was quickly remedied.

The food portions and specials were reasonably priced, but the meat's flavor and texture weren't great; it looked like frozen meat. I only recommend the boneless.

Went to eat at Applebees this afternoon. We both ordered the Oriental Chicken Salad. Server brought our drinks. Then the salads arrived. They didn’t have much dressing on them so we requested some extra dressing. The server said she would get it for us. We waited. We waited quite a while. No dressing. The server did walk by and said she would bring the dressing. We waited. And we waited some more. No dressing. And we never did get it. And she never came back to the table to ask us about refills on our drinks. She did come back to the table to bring the bill. In the interim of our waiting she managed to wait on several other tables. But completely ignored us. Needless to say I did not leave a tip. I felt our request for extra dressing was quite a simple one. All that being said the server

So sad. The food portions were so damn small. I had to send back my loaded fries for $12. There was like 6 fries and waitress told me it was portion control from corporate. Then my meal came out and it was like a kids meal

Went there the other day with some family, our waitress was very sweet but two other waitresses who were bussing tables were rude and snotty. My father and his girlfriend are a lot older so they cant hear very well and since this apple bees is older and a lot smaller, there isn’t much room. These two ladies were walking behind him huffing and puffing, and without ever saying ‘excuse me’ or such to get his attention that they were behind him. When my father finally sat down they sped up, the really short waitress said “oh my goodness” as if she were sooo busy. I’ve worked in restaurants and other customer service jobs but this was insane work. What could have been a wonderful time was upsetting. Do better.
