Applebee's Grill + Bar

Went for a family birthday party. We had the most phenomenal waitresses. Attentive attentive attentive, personality for days, funny and friendly but not pushy. Never a dry glass. This was the best service I've ever had. Even the food was more delicious this night.

I stopped in for lunch today when the restaurant was nearly empty no more than five tables were seated. Our server was good, but that’s where the positive part of the visit ends. After taking a bite of my salad and realizing something tasted off, I discovered that most of the chicken was completely raw. Not slightly under cooked, raw. Consuming raw poultry can pose serious health risks, and the fact that it made it to my table (pre cut chicken in the salad) at all is incredibly alarming. What concerned me even more was the manager’s reaction. Although she removed the item from the bill and said she’d speak with the kitchen, she showed little urgency or concern that I had just eaten raw chicken. I absolutely enjoy Applesbee's food I rated everything 4stars because any and everything needs room to grow but the service I had on 3/9/26 was not so great the male waiters need more training. We ask for flavored lemonade The waiter told us that they did not have flavored lemonade they only had regular lemonade and we knew that was not accurate because we were just there last week and ordered flavored lemonade.

Food was late, cold and chicken was overcooked. Sitting in my stomach like lead at this moment. Maybe driver sitting around having a drink. Idk. Won’t be back

Food for the most part was delicious. My girlfriend told the bartender that the chicken broccoli Alfredo was dry and asked for more sauce,but instead of making it right,they charged her for extra sauce. Also had to keep asking for soda refills,because the glass was all ice. Felt like we were being nickel and dimed to death.
