My husband's birthday was coming up,but he didn't want a traditional birthday cake. He had asked for either a Key lime pie or Key lime cheesecake. I went with the cheesecake! Leigh Ann made a giant Carrot Cake for an adult birthday party and it was the most talked about part of the day. Moist and delicious with all decadent ingredients. She came through when multiple brick-and-mortar bakeries couldn't. I only regret that I didn't find her sooner!
