Applebee's Grill + Bar

We were inside had a kind waiter, he was great. Some younger girl workers were talking negatively about him right next to us… & We left and packed our food to go, and just so happen I have a nice piece of parchment paper under the cheese of the burger. Nice bite mark because I didn’t see it until after. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Mackenzie was awesome. I came in unexpectedly as my car wasn’t ready at Townfaire due to the extreme amounts of potholes in the city. This was unplanned. Not one of my top restaurants, however, grabbed the trio app with double buff boneless and wonton tacos… to my surprise there were 3tacos. As a bartender myself, I love when I see bartenders that excel in customer service. So relatable and has great work ethic

We were visiting from New Hampshire and went to this particular Applebee's in Enfield with our son and family. The staff was very friendly but I ordered onion soup with a grilled cheese Cheeseburger. We were a table of seven. Waited quite a while and my onion soup came out. It wasn't just room temperature. It was actually cold. I finally got the waitress and sent it back. I waited and expected it to come right back. A little while later our food came out. The french fries were a little soggy and room temperature and the burger was warm. When I was half done eating the burger they brought my soup out which I didn't even expect at that point. Was very disappointed in this restaurant as there is an Applebee's right near where we live in New Hampshire and it is always amazing so I was surprise

Normally I wouldn't give a low rating but this was the worst experience I've ever had. We were seated for 35 minutes before a server even came over. My daughter's food was sent back because it was cold. We received our appetizer and waited another 30 min for our food. We also waited 20 additional minutes just for the check.

Ordered pick up, was 30 min late, food was like warm. Manager carol? Was no where to be seen. Will be calling corporate tomorrow as this was one of the worst experiences iv ever had. Do not ever trust this location if the manager is no where to be seen you won’t get proper service.
