Applebee's Grill + Bar

So disappointed today: I came on Saturday and had a 5 star experience as I was able to modify the classic sampler to switch out artichoke dip for queso. Today this bar tender was pissed we asked, and wouldn’t let us switch. Further scan of the menu I found out the queso and chips is cheaper than artichoke dip and chips. So basically the bartender just didn’t want to do the modification, as any business owner would understand a substitution for a lesser item would also be approved. Attached are pics for this!

Food was good. But the biggest rave is to Josh our server. It was busy and he was running table to table. And He still checked on us multiple times. Had an amazing attitude even with being that busy and was so kind. Hands down he’s the best server I’ve ever dealt with. When we go back we’ll definitely request him

Medium rare steak that went to the kitchen to be re heated came back to the table and still looked like rarer than rare, a double shot which was really just a shot both times i ordered one. Never really finished the steak because it was pretty much raw on the inside.

We had wonderful service from the district area director, Erin. We shared lots of laughs over a nice lunch. Brittany our server was efficient and cheery.

Visited the Rock Springs location and do believe our Waiter Josh was the best Waiter I have ever had in this town! He was kind, attentive and went out of his way to make sure my food was exactly what I wanted. I'll be returning and hoping Josh will once again be our Waiter!
