Applebee's Grill + Bar

We went after a terrible dinner last night at a certain steak house. We are here while my husband works in this area. I ordered fish-n-chips and it was Perfect! Delicious, delicate breading & flaky fish cooked to perfection. My husband had the Bourbon Street chicken with shrimp w loaded mashed potato’s to say it was good is an understatement. Those onions were phenomenal. The chicken- which I NEVER ORDER OUT - was unbelievably good. I had a blue LLIce tea and it was 1/2 $) for happy hour. We left FULLER & happier from Here @ 1/3 the $$ we spent at the steakhouse. We will be back. Also , Kayla was literally thee best server. She was on the ball, full of smiles and just a breath of fresh air

Applebee's had always been a go to for my family! We had gone to the Kennewick location for years up until we had back to back bad experiences there. It had been months and we were really wanting to have Applebee's but knew we did not want to risk a bad experience so we decided to make the drive to Richland instead! We were very pleased with our experience today! Staff were friendly, attentive, and all around just great! Every staff member we encountered said hello and interacted with us. The food was perfect and came in a timely manner. The restaurant looked and felt clean! Our grandson left a bit of a mess under the highchair and I went to go pick it up and the waitress was persistent she had it handled. This Applebee’s feels like the place to be. The staff always greets you with a smile and makes sure your visit is enjoyable, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring about your experience. The drinks are consistently spot-on, whether you’re in the mood for a classic cocktail, a cold beer, or one of their creative specialties. The food is fantastic, every bite is flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. I’ve yet to try something I didn’t enjoy, from appetizers to entrees, and the portions are generous enough to leave you completely satisfied. I had an excellent dine in experience at Applebee’s! From the moment we were seated, everything was smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered, and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. A big shoutout to Sebastian and Fernando for providing outstanding customer service they for sure need to be rewarded with a burger or some mozzarella sticks after dealing with me they went above and beyond they were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time without being overbearing. We have been going to this Applebee's for over 20 years. In all that time we have never had as bad an experience as we did on Saturday night. When we were seated we did not get menus or silverware. We waited over 15 minutes to order our drinks and another 7 or so before they came and we could order dinner. The place was busy, but there were lots of servers standing around doing nothing but talking to each other. We asked for water twice and finally got it. The food I ordered was not even what the menu said it should be; a rollup should not look like a panini. When I questioned what I got the server took my plate back to the kitchen and then brought it back to the table through the crowded bar and told me the ingredients were the same as what I ordered, and expected me to take it back.
