Applebee's Grill + Bar

I went to this AppleBees location after going to a Christmas themed cavern with my family. The fiesta lemon pepper chicken was super good and moist. The French fries were very good and well seasoned with spices. My mom’s bourbon chicken was good also. My dad’s steak was a little pink and he asked for no onions, but even tho he did he still got the mushrooms he asked for after, and my other family members food was good as well. It was packed since it was the weekend and around dinner. My waitress was so kind and polite! I’d recommend going to this place✨😁😌

Absolutely garbage! After way overpaying for priority delivery, I get my food cold and not cooked to order. The steak should have been Medium, it was rare. And the side portions are ridiculous. I mean mashed potatoes and green beans are not that expensive that you give toddler portion sizes. Stay away from this restaurant! It is not the first time they have disappointed!

Ordered the New Cheese Cheeseburger. The picture looked great. Came OUT dripping in GREASE . NOT butter pure grease. I took two small bites and thought I was going to vomit. Then the tomato soup looked like they threw some of my fries in it. Cooks need to be retrained, especially on presentation. If it looks bad , it's a reflection on the place. People just don't care anymore. Tell your cooks to NOT act like they are mad when cooking. Won't be back. Should be a star for a zero.

Very fast and friendly service. Tessa was our server. She was on top of her game. Extra napkins when she took our drink order. Didn't even have to ask.

Just got into town looking for a solid meal with some local flair. Applebee's Grill delivered. I ordered the 8 oz steak and salad. I said medium, but I think it was cooked a little past pink. Anyhow, it hit the spot. Most importantly, our server Aowyn was fabulous. What a name!! She was attentive to our needs, gave us time and made good suggestions. To top it off she was friendly and engaging welcoming us to Oak Ridge. Room decor was special. I loved the homage to Nick , Angelina, Antonio and Jennifer. UT Vols also got some love. Musical offerings tended toward classic cuts of the 90s and early 2000s. Did I just enter a time machine?
