There was a period of time in my 20s when going to Applebee's for Happy Hour was the thing to do. Long gone are those days but the O-M-Cheese Burger brought me back. The O-M-Cheese Burger is served in a sizzling skillet of molten queso and a blend of Cheddar cheeses. It's an all-beef burger that is topped with American cheese, Applewood-smoked bacon and spicy honey mustard. Served with classic fries. Beware though as it contains potentially around 2780mg of sodium. It was definitely salty and you can taste it. My arteries are probably hardening as I type this. Applebee’s Review I recently visited Applebee’s with my family and friends. The environment was pleasant overall—staff were friendly, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. We arrived around 9:15 PM and were seated quickly, which we appreciated. However, the service after that was slower than expected. Our order wasn’t taken until about 9:45 PM, and the food didn’t arrive until roughly an hour after we got there. The food itself was okay—just a bit over-seasoned for our taste. Overall, it was a good environment, but the food and timing could definitely be improved. If you plan on going, I’d recommend visiting earlier in the evening for a better experience.

Noah was an awesome server. Attentive but not overbearing. Food came out hot and in a timely manner.

We came in 5 mins ago waiting to be seated, hoping for a delicious meal but seemed we were at a bad time? Servers were making eye contact and running to the kitchen, we we're the only ones who walked in, and they just looked at us and we didnt want to sit ourselves down and be the ignorant ones, so we just left. We gave it 5 mins for anyone to come up to us but we just got the "Who are you?" Stare. Shame cause we just moved nearby. By the way it was only two adults and a child. And it wasnt very busy everyone was enjoying their meal and we just wanted to have a good dinner experience eating out. Felt uncomfortable.

Clearly a management issue here. The hostess was MIA for about 10 minutes after we walked in. She finally sat us after another 20 minutes. Our waitress was so overloaded that it took her another 15 minutes to come to our table. After a total of 90 minutes, we received our food. It was hot, but the bun on my sandwich was so rock hard that I couldn't eat it and the lettuce was brown and limp. The rest of my families food was mediocre. Our waitress was trying her best and she said that the 2 managers were cooking. Ridiculous.
