Applebee's Grill + Bar

This was the 2nd time Aiden was our server and we can't say enough. Both times he severed us he was professional, courteous, and consistent. He took our order, and also had some great recommendations on what to order. The food came out as ordered and in a timely manner. Aiden regularly checked up on us to make sure everything was perfect and also checked on refills. The entire experience both times with Aiden was perfect .Thank you

Came here for takeout tonight and ordered the half a rack of ribs and substituted the french fries for the macaroni and cheese. Was extremely disappointed when I got home because the portion was so small for the price. Paid $30 which included the tip for four small ribs and the macaroni and cheese was completely unseasoned had no flavor and barely any cheese. This is insane for the price you pay for this, such a small portion and no flavor in the side dish. I'm so disappointed. The girl that took my order was wonderful though.

AIDEN WAS THE BEST SERVER EVER. He was so friendly and made me and my friends feel so comfortable right away. His service was amazing and he came to check on us all the time. We have become best friends throughout our customer/server relationship. He deserves a raise and a good old pat on the back. well done.

He made sure our orders were accurate, checked in at just the right times, and genuinely cared that we were enjoying our meal.
