What a great experience me and my husband had. Flo was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. She is very professional and sweet. She explained everything to us. Checked on us a bunched amd made sure the food was to our liking. She should get a 5 star rating. 🌟 Definitely will be back.

My friend and me went in to celebrate, Christmas, New Year and my birthday. We hadn't seen each other in quite some time. I've been wanting a good medium rare steak for about a year and was looking forward to it. When we went to open the door to go in, it was locked and cold outside. We waited for what seemed like forever for our food, he kept saying where's our food ? Finally the server came out and said the cook had burned my steak through, but was making another one and would be out in about 30 seconds. Did not receive garlic bread with my pasta meal. When I asked about it, the lady who brought the pasta said she would tell my server. She never did. My server came by several minutes later and when I asked about the bread she got irritated the lady who brought the meal out didn't bring it to me. Food tasted pretty good. Silverware was stuck to napkin so I had to get a replacement set. Clean restroom

We ate there on Saturday and I can honestly say it was the WORSE experience I've ever had a restaurant. It was several minutes before anyone came out to greet us, we were seated, gave our drink orders and wasn't ready to order. Our waitress passed by our table at least 4 different times; we even put the menus at the end of the table to let her know we were ready...still ended up having to ask her if she could take our order. Never ONCE came to the table and asked if we needed anything. She forgot our dessert that was supposed to come with the meal we had gotten. We asked for it to go, knowing it wasn't the best idea because it was a sundae. She brought it out, we left and went straight to the car and everything was completely melted. We hated to see Applebees leave Beckley, West Virginia the many years ago it did, but we were so glad to come across this one on our trip home from Charlottesville. The food was delicious and cheap and the staff was great. Well worth the stop!
