Applebee's Grill + Bar

Came to Applebee's Saturday night for dinner. Thought I'd try the new "O M Cheese Burger". Was not impressed at all. They show a burger sitting in a puddle of ooowie gooey cheese. When I got mine the cheese was burnt and non-dippable. The fries were the worse fries I've ever had. They were limp and nasty! I could tell that they had my whole plate under a heater! Tried to pick up one of the burger halves and it was too hot to touch! I will not order this again!

The people working are very sweet. The food is lacking flavor and is very greasy. Couldn't fi ish eating. Main menu items are not available. Fries were cooked great.

You really need to accentuate people’s allergies better NOT EVERY ONE CAN HAVE PORK. Pasta, bell peppers and the onions were undercooked. They were undercooked to where they were basically still raw. Barely any sauce and the whole thing was basically all bell peppers and onions barely any pasta at all or chicken because they wouldn’t give more chicken instead of sausage a meat I’m allergic to. To help make it right since I wasn’t getting a meat again that I’m allergic to. They wouldn’t even try to fix anything that I could eat and wanted to eat.

Absolutely terrible. Forgot half of our Carryout order today. The containers were also bagged on their side spilling all of the food around. Called the manager and she did not even offer to make things right. I had to mention how she was going to take care of it. Ultimately I just said forget it and hung up.

Food is good, when they can get the order right. With that being said, they’re usually just not friendly at all if you come from 1-4 PM. Today was the worst though, I placed a curbside order. Noticed they were dead so I expected them to come out quick. Waited 10 minuets, so I went in. Waitress with the bun in her hair, and usually has the sides of her head shaved was sitting at a customers table talking.. I couldn’t get her attention, a manger came out WHILE ON THE PHONE. Mouthed my name to me like I was an inconvenience. Then she handed me my order. I’m just tired of this staff at this point..
