Applebee's Grill + Bar

Food was fantastic and came out pretty quick. Our server was very attentive. And it's always a good vibe in Applebee's

We visited the Depew, NY location on Transit Road. The service was amazing! Kudos to Tony, the Manager; Debbie, the Regional Manager, and Judi, our waitress! They were all kind, friendly and they went above and beyond. The food was tasty, hot and made to perfection! We will definitely be going back. Their customer service was exceptional!

Very sad for an Applebees. We were there for an hour, got our appetizers fast and then we ordered. After another 45 minutes a friend showed up and he ordered. There were a total of 4 to begin with. The kids did not get their meals first like it should be. My son adult got steak and chicken first and then my friend who came last was served before the kids and myself. Never offered a discount or nothing, VERY BAD SERVICE. Won’t go there again while in town on business. Plus another family of four came in after us and they got seated right away.

Can never go wrong with the Fiesta Lime Chicken. The cheese curds went over well, too. Solid fries. The waitress was pretty attentive and seemed to be having a good night. You know what the food looks like. Here’s the rest of the place.

Always a great place to go, especially for a family. The prices are fairly reasonable. Kym L is a very attentive server and very friendly! She brings such a great vibe to the atmosphere!
