Applebee's Grill + Bar

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I came with my family to celebrate new years and received the worst service imaginable. There was such a long wait to be helped and there were maybe only 4 other tables being served in the whole establishment. The red flag should’ve been the family behind us receiving a 30% discount on their meal but I’m not one to prejudge. The server/manager/ incompetent bartender by the name of DANQUOLE( that’s what my receipt says) was very rude and disrespectful. She began taking our order and left before completing to take a party of 2 order that came in after us. She returned 15 minutes later to get the rest of the table order and seemed to have an attitude for no apparent reason. My family asked about drink specials and when I saw the Dollarita offered

Armaan was our waiter. This young man was amazing!!! He was very good to us and attentive to what we needed. The bacon cheeseburger skillet plate was chefs kiss amazing! The spinach dip appetizer was not so great but that’s ok. The vibe was quiet. It was around 5pm so it was nice to be able to have nice conversation and enjoy my meal. Thank you armaan for helping make this happen.

Ayana was truly the highlight of my Saturday. From the moment she came to our table, her energy, warmth, and attentiveness made the whole experience better. She was on top of everything, incredibly friendly, and made us feel genuinely taken care of. The food was great, but Ayana is the reason the visit stood out—she absolutely elevated the entire experience. If you’re lucky enough to get her as your server, you’re in for a great time

Armaan was quite the server. Very attentive and got all of what we wanted on point. The food was delicious and hot. No delay. Salads were perfect. Not sure who made the ranch dressing but it was perfect. Looking forward to the next visit. Thought Applebee's was a joke but now becoming a favorite. Especially our server.

stopped on a road trip. the food is what we were looking for from an Applebees, and the service was excellent. our server was Ayana and she was super attentive and helpful! I got the ultimate trio with mozz sticks, wings, and onion rings. Portions were generous!
