Barrett's Mini Stop

Barrett’s Mini Stop deserves every bit of a five-star rating. The food was absolutely outstanding, fresh, flavorful, and made with genuine care. The service was equally exceptional, great conversation with a bit of area history which truly made the experience stand out. Mr. “Mr. BST” Barrett and his wife have created a restaurant that goes above and beyond expectations. Every aspect from the warm atmosphere to the impeccable hospitality earned a perfect 5/5. This is the kind of place you’ll recommend to everyone and look forward to coming back to. A true five-star experience across the board.

The baked potato with brisket is as good as it looks. The brisket was flavorful and juicy. The potato was nice and cheesy. I love that they gave me two bbq sauce which was amazing btw. They did not skimp out at all. Yall will see me again!

Best beef tips and smothered pork chops. Very friendly definitely will be going back.

This was my first time here. The food was great!!!! I had the smothered pork chop with yams and string beans. The cornbread was sweet and buttery just like I like it. I asked for a sample of the yams because everyone cannot cook them, wonderful and not too sweet... overall very enjoyable experience. I will definitely return.

Delicious bbq’ can’t wait to try their oxtail tomorrow! It will be my first time trying that one. Await for update on that meal. 😃 Update: the oxtail plate was delicious!! Loved the tenderness of the oxtail and the Mac and cheese are amazing! Btw: I really love everything about it. The corn bread, the beans, the Mac and cheese, the rice the juice or sauce and of course the oxtail. 🤤
