Applebee's Grill + Bar

Came here after seeing an Instagram post featuring the skillet burger with all that perfectly melted cheese, and I had to try it. Honestly, so glad I did. This was my first time at Applebee’s and I was pleasantly surprised — the food was great and totally hit the spot. Shoutout to my server, Savan, who was amazing from start to finish. She gave great recommendations and even let me know they offer happy hour all evening when football is on (which is dangerous information in the best way) Great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

Carmen made our night. I brought my daughter here for a quick dinner date. Carmen was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our experience and was patient even though there were modifications to our order. Not just with us but she had multiple tables and was friendly and attentive to all her guests.

First time visiting Applebees and had the pleasure of Carmen being our waitress. Immediately, she was very friendly and caring, as I had asked for an adjustment on my order and she checked if it was possible for me. The food, service, and atmosphere were pleasant. Carmen checked on us throughout our time and made our experience even better. Our hostess was also very friendly! Will be returning. Thank you, Carmen!

Came here on a Sunday night before 7 to get dinner with my wife. We sat at the bar to get immediate seating and ordered right away. It was steady but nowhere near busy as there were multiple empty tables but we were told it was a 29 minute wait for a table. So my wife gets her food and has time to eat it and get 2 drinks but my entree never arrives. We ask about it and the bar person who took our order says there was some mix up and she’d look into it. We had already been waiting 30+ minutes at this point. When she comes back empty handed 10 minutes later we told her we weren’t willing to wait any longer and to just charge us for what we were served. She sent the manager over who apologized and offered us to get the order to go - as if it’s acceptable to wait 40 minutes and then pay

Carmen was phenomenal! Exceptional service from start to finish. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and so detail-oriented. She noticed every little thing we needed before we even had to ask. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out perfect, and she made the whole experience feel effortless. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely loves what they do, and Carmen absolutely shines. She made our visit special, and we will definitely be coming back specifically for her amazing service!
