Applebee's Grill + Bar

Great place for any occasion. THE BEST staff. Managers and servers are super friendly. Food is great every time. The worst part of dining here is having to choose between so many good options!

I was critical of a different Applebee's I are at so I want to say Cambridge Applebee's is awesome. The man that greeted and found my booth was very pleasant. My server was exceptional. She suggested adding a salad to my bacon cheeseburger meal and it was delicious as was the burger and fries. Even the Pepsi was flavorful and fizzy! I haven't even left and had to write my review so I didn't forget.

I didn't go in with high expectations. It's Applebee's. I don't ding restaurants often, being in the industry myself (even though in my head I'm going over everything, haha!). But the day we went for lunch, it was a reassurance to just steer clear. Both of our dishes were unfortunate. I got the macaroni honey peppered chicken (I was in gluttonous mode). It came out like soup. I asked for Parmesan and Alfredo to thicken it. Right then, the server should have noticed how bad the dish was. I had two bites, took it home, and thought I'd doctor it up. No go, it was awful. My husband got the grilled cheese burger, which was good, he said, but he could only eat around the edges; the middle was raw. Traveled an hour and fifteen minutes to have lunch with my daughter and granddaughter. They chose here. Food tasted great. The person seating us was awesome. The server was horrible. Paid for coffee and barley got a cup and a half. Wasn't all that busy but was able to hear great service at other tables. Guess we didn't look the part because she was sweet to other tables had to request a to go box from someone else. Sad days all around. There are much better places to spend your money then here.

Annie was one of the best servers that i’ve had in awhile. She always checks up to make sure that i had everything i needed and was prompt on refills. Always came up to the table in a positive spirit and spoke to everyone around the table with respect. She went very above and beyond with serving our table!
