Applebee's Grill + Bar

Update: I received an email response from Applebee’s. They most kindly refund our meal with any apology. What a wonderful, unexpected response. Thank you Applebee’s!! ———————- Went with my sister around 4:30ish. They weren’t busy at the time. We both ordered the same thing, Four Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders. The pasta was penne with Alfredo sauce. Not Mac & cheese at all. The chicken tenders were overcooked, hard and didn’t have a hot pepper taste. Very disappointing!!! I would not recommend Applebee’s to anyone. Waste of money!! It was my last visit!!

I went to the sports bar restaurant for lunch today. I had lunch with my wife. The drinks and meals were served quickly. The meals were delicious. The most important thing was CHRISTI's thoughtful hospitality.

Slow, staff not very attentive. 35 minutes to receive appetizer. Over an hour for food. I saw people walk out cause they got tired of waiting to be acknowledged and seated. Management needs to do some serious training. Bartender was also waiting tables so had to wait for my drink. Just not a great experience.

They were having a rough night. I hope this isn't typical but I can only speak to my experience. Ran out of simple things like salad and lemonade. Dropped our food and had to redo it. Weren't sitting people despite numerous open tables that stayed open. I don't plan to go back.

I would give them 0 star if possible. This place should be replaced by Oliver Garden already. All the server that are working here has very arrogant attitude - I almost thought I owned them money or some kind. Our server (a short white guy with glasses and sassy hair) is the worst server which I have ever met - rush request, 0 refills, and he only showed up twice. I even had to go to the bar area to ask for a refill by myself and yet he gave me a glass of water instead of my Pepsi. The food is very awful too and everything was pre-made. All they do is to re-heat and put on the plate. Also, I saw there were 4 delivery guys who were waiting for the orders to come out - 20mins and I have finished my meal but those 4 people were still waiting.
