They did a really great job. I needed help internationally and they performed within the expected timelines and more importantly, responded same-day, even within the hour, to each of my dozens of questions about the process and then some! Other places took days to respond to each mail. And, a major plus, Apostille Corp is probably one of the least expensive service providers. Exceeds expectations!

I had a very poor experience with Apostille Corp. I paid for, and received written confirmation from Madeline, that my document would be shipped via DHL, as this was a critical requirement for my immigration process. Despite this, the document was sent via FedEx without my authorization, while I was still charged an extra $35 + 3.8% additional credit card fee for DHL. This change was made unilaterally, with no prior notice or consent. Substituting a paid service without authorization and charging for something that was not provided appears to violate basic consumer protection and payment authorization rules, and may constitute misrepresentation or fraudulent billing practices.
