Apollo Pizza- Wapakoneta

Very unique pizza for the area. Great quality cheese and toppings- dough is thin and light and a little bit chewy a little bit crunchy. It's our favorite for about an hour in any direction. This visit we had a margherita a pepperoni w/banana peppers a chicken bbq and a pesto w/sausage and ricotta. The pesto w/sausage and ricotta is my favorite -- very savory. The overall most popular at my house is the BBQ chicken Service is fast - owners are super nice and happy to accommodate my oddball orders

Pizza is ready fast, like 5 minutes after order! Everything is fresh. Nice crisp and bubbles on the crust. Everyone is very friendly. They say to fold the pizza but it’s good no matter how you eat it. 1 pizza feeds 2 normal people or 1 hungry person.

Super highly recommend Apollo Pizza in Wapak!! It’s REAL FOOD, y’all, made with high-quality ingredients that come together so, so deliciously. We met the owners today and let me tell y’all — they KNOW what they’re doing, and they truly care about the quality of the dishes they serve up. Husband and I just shared one of their pizzas and it was perfect-sized, plus we opted to dine in and it took less than 10 minutes for our food to be ready. 10/10 best REAL pizza in this area, can’t wait to try their whole menu.

Traveling I-75 from KY to MI, made a small detour for some unique pizza. Worth it. Wish Spacegrass pizza was a thing everywhere. It was so good. Since the pizzas we cut into 4 large slices, it made it really easy to fold and eat on the go!
