If you are on the fence about signing up for Apex, I hope this review helps you. I signed up with Apex at my absolute unhealthiest self. My healthcare providers had raised a couple of concerns, recommending a lifestyle change. I was overwhelmed with how to get back on track but, I signed up with Apex with an open mind and full commitment to the program. What I have experienced with Apex includes phenomenal training with Coach Casey, a variety of meals to simplify life, education for lasting success, and amazing support and encouragement from the entire Apex team. I enjoy the convenience of having my meals delivered, all I have to do is pick them each week; and they appear in my refrigerator. Keeps me from having to meal prep and they fit my Macro’s perfectly. They do so much better than I can! They use whole foods not processed food. I have recommended them to my clients and friends. Customer service is the best! Coach Casey is knowledgeable. He has helped me with my workouts taking the time explained the why behind the movements. Would recommend Apex Nurtrition & Coaching!

Awesome guys to deal with. Jordan is passionate about anything he’s involved with, and this is no exception. I haven’t attempted to live a healthy lifestyle in 15+ years and didn’t know how or where to start, APEX was the kickstart I have been dreaming of. Casey has an infinite well of knowledge regarding fitness and nutrition and really motivates me to do my best during my workouts, without making me feel dumb for asking beginner questions. Food is GREAT! I have tried other meal prep services before and it was slight variations of chicken and rice or vegetables that would bore my palate after a couple meals. In town for work and not having to worry about what to cook is awesome. The food is always fresh with easy heating instructions.
