Apalachin Public Library

This library is so cute. It’s in an old house that was converted and expanded. They have American Girl dolls with clothes and accessories to play with. Lots of baby toys, arts and crafts, and games. Everyone here is so nice. Storytime is every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 with Ms. Wendy who does an excellent job. The Book Barn is also great- an ongoing book sale with very fairly priced used books.

Just so everybody's aware of the library is open for curbside pickup. So you can request books they'll call you when they're in, and then there's a table out front where you're assigned a number for the bag your books are in. They're open Tuesdays and Thursdays I believe 10:00 to 8:00 p.m. And Saturdays 10:00 to 6:00 I believe.

I love it there. Libraries are my sanctuaries and this is the best local one I have found. My favorite worker is Cathi(sp?). She knows me well enough now that 90% of the books she recommends for me to read, I fall inlove with that book, that series, and that author.

Quaint local library. Part of the Finger Lakes Library System. Closed Wednesday and Sunday. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 10am to 8pm and Friday, Saturday 10am to 2pm.

Yoga at the library is amazing with Sheehan. Love the library Staff.
