Wonderful atmosphere and service. Signature beer on tap was delicious. Pretzel battered chicken was tender and tasty. Burgers were more of smash burgers. Wings and fries were not crispy

I stopped by Anthracite Saturday afternoon after a long work week. I wanted to find a spot that had a nice atmosphere and good vibes. This one did not disappoint. It was an intimate and lively atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly. Mikayla approached me immediately and took very good care of me. Anthracite has some delicious sounding martinis on their menu. For the season there is a Pumpkin Spice martini and also a Peach Cobbler martini, both which sounded amazing. I had been craving an Espresso martini all week long, although I was very tempted to try one of the seasonal drinks. Mikayla made mine perfectly✨️ I only wanted an appetizer to munch on, so I ordered the Coconut Shrimp. The portion was extremely generous. It was yummy and the Pineapple sauce that came with it tasted home

Anthracite Cafe is my favorite place to eat in NEPA. Everything is always delicious. They have local drinks on tap. My favorite is their chicken pot pie and their stuffed rigatoni al vodka. We recently tried their BBQ on Sundays and that was also great. Highly recommend!

Great food and cozy atmosphere. Staff was supper kind and accommodating. Salad was huge and the grilled chicken was super flavorful. Loved this spot!

I haven't been here in years. I use to live in walking distance so naturally would eat there regularly. It's just as good as it was years ago! Ordered the wings with a Cajun ranch dry rub (get blue cheese to make it even better)! Country friend steak was delicious nice portion. Chicken pot pie was flaky,crusty, and everything a pot pie should be. Service was great, waitress was super fast! All in all great meal, this is a place you definitely won't leave hungry
