Anthem Grille

TLDR: great atmosphere (especially at sunset on the patio) and good food. We visited the Anthem Grille on the first night we were in Arizona, which was nice because it boasted the most beautiful sunset I’ve seen in a while! 🌅 We ordered the Four Peaks WOW beer, which was awesome, and we continued to order it throughout our trip. We ordered the cheese curds as an appetizer, which were pretty good. I ordered the Fish and Chips, and he ordered the fish tacos- both were just okay. The service was fine- the server offered to take our photo in front of the sunset, so that was nice, but it took forever to get our bill when we asked for it. It’s worth a visit to eat outside for the sunset. 2025 UPDATE! : We revisited and had a pretty good experience. We started with the Spicy Fried Pickles

Great food! There is a wide variety of food options so everyone in our party of 8 was able to find something they liked. Not usually too busy, but it can be. They have an indoor and outdoor seating area. It borders the golf course. They have several TVs playing a sports game of some kind.

Been trying to eat here for a very long time!! Finally did. I was recommended the Ribs but they were extremely TOUGH and dry, didn’t help they poured a whole bottle of BBQ sauce on them. I couldn’t even eat them because I felt like I would get sick or break my teeth getting them off the bone. By far the worst ribs I’ve ever eaten. My partner got the pasta, idk what they put on it but the seasoning was so overpowering it was hard to eat also. Drinks were hit and miss depending on the bartender… On a plus side the Bowl of Chili was really good!! Maybe will try a sandwich from here because the pictures look good online. Maybe will return but idk….

Have eaten here many times. The food is good. I highly recommend the chicken fried steak and the Philly cheese steak egg rolls. My only knock is they tend to run out of menu items. I had the lamb chops on my last visit. It was good, but I doubt I have it again.

First off the atmosphere is great, beautiful food course. Lots of seating out on the patio. We went for lunch in September on a Saturday. and there weren’t a lot of people there. After we sat down it took 20 minutes for someone to come ask for drinks. Then it took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Then when we were done eating it took 30 minutes for the check to come. The waiters all seemed a bit confused and they were nice but no one seemed thrilled to be there. The food was very good. Gave us all some stomach aches, but nonetheless it was good. Because of the service alone I would not return, i don’t know what was going on.
