All around amazing service, our server angel was super sweet and attentive. The food was delicious and hot, and she was very helpful in helping me order. As well as very patient and accepting of all questions I had to ask.
So i came to start my new job up the street and was about two hours early. So to eat we go. Walked in and sat at the bar and was served by Alex. Absolute sweet heart. Great service. Super personable and funny. Another guest showed up at the bar to wait for her friend and she also got the same experience. Also the coworkers have a good relationship as well. 🥹 Food was good and so was my coffee! Food came out so fast! 10/10 recommend.
I came over from Texas for a birthday weekend with some friends. This was a recommended spot by a friend. It was not a disappointment at all. The bourbon pancakes and the lemongrass and goat cheese pancake were unbelievably delicious. My friend even had a morning adult beverage that was appropriate for a breakfast menu with a holiday twist. I look forward to visiting this particular location again. Added bonus, they had the Philadelphia Eagles game on during our Sunday brunch. Im really looking forward another visit to Baton Rouge. Hopefully, I will get to run into Boosie next time. Great atmosphere! And the female Texan college student working on her dentistry degree was a delight being from Texas. She had great manners and was hospitable to us. Being a Texan got her an extra appreciation
Shoutout to Angel! She was an amazing service and assisted us with our entree choices! I had the smoked salmon benedict and it was a nice 9/10! Must try, will come back again.
So I only gave overall 3 stars & the food a total of 3/5 stars because I ordered a half order of the biscuit beignets & a BOWL of the gumbo. When i say that not even a quarter of the container had gumbo in it, that might be an understatement. I literally paid $30 for what seems like nothing at all.... it was super yummy tho!! But I guess if you want soley quality, no quanity AT ALL...
