I visited for the second time today and I'm sure this has to be one of the best bakeries in the area! The cookies have always been good and today I got a delicious chai latte. The only thing I wanted to point out was that my drink wasn't fully mixed at the bottom, no problem for me but I thought maybe it would be good to let employees know because some others may become unhappy. Anyway, I definitely recommend.

With the holidays right around the corner (well, actually already here 😅), I have the BEST bakery recommendation for you to order your goodies from, and it’s located right in downtown Martinsburg. Check out Annie’s Martinsburg Cookie Bakery – a new family favorite in the Roszko household. After a recent listing appointment, I decided to give this place a try and ended up walking out the door with an apple pie, cookies, and the BEST cinnabun I’ve ever had. My whole fam loved all of it! Honestly, I bet their holiday orders get booked out fast so I’d call sooner rather than later. And mention I sent you – their staff is incredibly friendly and will take amazing care of you and your order! - Chris

We've wanted to stop by here for some time to try the coffee and cookies. Finally got a chance today! It appears this used to be a residence and was converted into a bake shop/cafe. Very quaint and welcoming. They don't have any latte specials right now, but they are working on that. I had a pistachio marshmallow latte and my husband had a lavender honey latte. They were fantastic! We also ordered a half dozen cookies to try from the six main flavors. As others have said, these are cake like cookies and very large! Each cookie I tried had it's own distinctive flavor and appeal. We'll definitely be back when we have more time to hang out in the dining area ☺️

The services is top notch! The iced mocha was absolutely delicious and tasted so much better than larger chain shops. The apple muffin was moist and a good size, but tasted just okay. I wish I would have tried the blueberry instead. For the cookies- they are large and soft, but way too cakey for my taste. We got a dozen with a variety to choose from and they all kind of tasted like the same base cookie with different toppings. For me they were very heavy and for the calories I wish there was more flavor. The best cookie was the death by chocolate. It was a beautiful cookie and had the most flavor and unique taste. Definitely worth trying out, but I won’t be making a second visit. I did appreciate the clean shop and outstanding service!

I ordered 2 lattes here. 1 was a cup of lukewarm milk with no espresso. The other was a little warmer and a teeny bit of espresso but nothing more than a slight tan color. In order to give them a chance to make things right, I went back inside and asked for actual lattes. The guy behind the counter was nice and offered to put an extra espresso shot in both so that there was flavor. The new lattes were scalding hot... so hot I couldn't hold them in my hands. 1 of the cups was barely anything except hot milk and had no espresso/coffee flavor (see photo - does this look like a latte?) The other was also scalding hot but slightly darker and barely any espress/coffee flavor. And why make them so hot that I couldn't even hold the cup? If I had spilled it on myself I would've been burned. This wa
