There is a guy in this library in st pauls he is rude and disrespectful and not very professional to talk with a mouth like that need to speak with Mrs Joyce since he told me he is the manager told me to get out his library because I ask him couldn't he pull up my name with my student ID he told me to leave amd I couldn't use the computer

I’ve had 2 recent experiences at this location & they were total opposite! Last week, I dealt with an amazing young lady (wish I remembered her name) whom helped me renew my library card & faxed some documents for me. Today, I dealt with a bitter older lady named JOY whom made me feel uncomfortable the minute I walked in. She spoke with a tone of disgust & threw my money back on the counter when I tried to pay for my documents which I typed up! I left calmly but had to share my experience…

Nice, friendly and helpful staff but not very helpful hours. ... If you work and cannot come by before six or if you need computer access or want to check out a book on Saturday, the library might as well not exist. So maybe consider staying open until seven and/or from 9 til noon on Saturday. If it is about funding, maybe close one of the other weekdays -- whatever day typically has the least traffic -- in order for there to be better night and/or weekday library access for everyone.

Just moved to the area. One of the first things we did was get library cards. Very friendly there. We spoke with two employees who invited us to return frequently.

They just finished renovations. The grand opening/ribbon cutting ceremony was this morning. It looks very nice! The staff are really friendly and helpful.
