Annas Italian Restaurant

Went there for lunch with a group of coworkers. Staff provided great service. The pizza was mid. Restaurant had a lot of flies. People were killing them with their menus. The floors were also pretty sticky. The flies and the sticky floors really killed it for me. Probably would’ve given the place a four because the customer service was so good.

Undercooked pizza and an unpleasant cashier. Daughter loved it, I've seen worse. No excuse for an undercooked pie, just lazy........ We went back, my daughter's choice. Pizza was much better, cooked to perfection, cheese was skimpy on the cheese pizza, it was free with purchase of pepperoni. (3rd and 4th pic.)

Subs and pizzas are good. Staff is nice. I always ask for Branden to wait on me when I go there. That kid is quick on service.

I called Wednesday night to find out if the pizzas were on special. The boy that answered the phone said yes, why? I said because I was going to place an order and hung up. This place customer service is awful. They could really learn a lot about professionalism.

Order 2 cheese pizzas for pick up tonight! Used my to go menu and ordered off the "Daily Specials" section. *2 cheese pizzas for $24.99. When I arrive to pay and pick up order my total is $35.85. I explained that I have the Togo menu in the car with "Daily Specials". Another worker said "OH...The ToGo Menu has been updated
