I went today on my lunch break asked for extra hot sauce he told me it was in the bag. Normally everything is so good from here. I got pho no lime,bean sprouts nor jalapeno. 33.00 on lunch never again though!

Bad experience. Salt and pepper shrimp was HORRIBLE clumped shrimp fried together. And when I voiced my concern the server kept trying to make me believe that’s the way it was supposed to be. *please look at photos*. I gave up on the shrimp. The basil beef did not have the ingredients that was on the menu, literally just beef, onions and sauce, and tasted burnt as if it was rushed while cooking. At this point I was really disappointed. The sever tried to convince me to find ingredients that were not there and then offered to bring the missing ingredients on the side(Chile peppers, lemongrass sauce, etc.) after me telling him multiple times to just take it back, he finally took the food away. Great vegan pho! Open til 2am. Great service. Vegan pho was very tasty—complex and flavorful. Lemon grass tofu cubes are a must. Make sure you go to their website to get parking directions.

ordered bbq bahn mi from here multiple time and never have an issue but my recent trip food took long for one item and the quality of the meat didn’t taste right. and when i drove back and brought the item, they only offered me 50% off if i bought another and said they couldn’t do anything for me. would not recommend for food or service!!
