I always loved Angie’s Since I was a kid, and love it even more now with the new owners. They have a new expansive menu with great appetizers and a nice beer selection. I also really like the boneless wings and the sausage pizza can’t be beat. Service is super friendly too and we love stopping and talking with the bartender. They have a bar area and indoor seating. This is one of those places I can come with my family, my girlfriend, or my friends.
Love Angie's, totally unique. Best when eaten at the place, but takeout is still great. This review was 6 years old and I am updating based on a new owner and beautiful remodel job of the place. The crust is a bit thinner than it used to be but it still tastes like the same classic Angie's to me! I love the new menu, pizza only, two types: classic and Italian style with a good selection of toppings. Nice new tap system great atmosphere and excellent service. I have been going here for 45 years and hope to for 45 more!
Stop at the bar before you get your takeout - it's the only way the food will taste good! Pizza and wings are dime a dozen in NEPA, and Angie's is best left in the change jar. The cheese is suspicious - grainy, non homogeneous, and with distinct nacho taste profile. The first slice I grabbed was SOAKED to the bottom. Like wet paper - I couldn't even fold the piece in on itself. The "crust" comes from what I'm assuming is just sheet dough in a pan - it's not rolled over or extra crispy. It's just the dough cooked to mild softness - the rest of the pizza felt undercooked. No evidence of flour used on the pizza. The wing sauce was fine; It was mild buffalo - you'd have to try to mess that up. The wings themselves though were bad. The quality of the chicken was okay but the problem lies in t
I never write reviews but this needs to be known. The "pizza" is absolutely disgusting. It's like a drunken college student microwaved cheese wiz on a cracker and slapped grocery store pepperoni on it. Please change your name to Angie's bar or advertise your pizza as wiz pizza like the drunken novelty it should be considered. Because to call this pizza is offensive to anyone who is sober. Wings are fine.
Our goto Pizza whenever we visit family in Dickson City. Unique pie, very cheesy with a crunchy crust. Great service…friendly and accommodating A+++++
