The restaurant's name is attributed to its owner, a commendable individual. The menu offers a wide selection of appealing choices. The establishment adheres to stringent sanitization protocols, including the use of gloves and maintaining a highly hygienic environment. Repurposed tomato cans are creatively utilized as flower containers, which is a unique touch. The restrooms are exceptionally clean; however, there appeared to be a shortage of toilet paper. This is an area that warrants attention from the responsible staff member. Overall, the experience was outstanding. Customer service was efficient and satisfactory. The baked spaghetti marinara was exceptionally well-prepared and thoroughly enjoyed.

I have been going to Angelo’s Picnic Pizza since their first location, and now that they’ve moved to Smyrna, they still have the same great team and even better taste. The flavor always drives me back for my favorite pizza. They recently added new items to their menu, and everything is incredibly flavorful. Absolutely delicious

You can tell everything is made with care. The atmosphere is cozy and family-friendly — it really feels like a local gem. Definitely one of the best pizza spots in smyrna!

I was looking for a “rustic” pizza spot on the way to my appointment and this hit all the marks. Pizza was perfectly cooked! Had a nice crispy crust and tasty sauce and cheese! Most importantly they accommodated my autistic son by letting him have a plate of pepperonis on the side! I will definitely be back every time I am on that side of town! The owner and the chef were great as well. They were very inviting and made the overall experience even better. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

Absolutely delicious! I stopped by Angelo’s Picnic Pizza and tried their chicken wings along with the new salad, and everything was perfect. The wings were hot, crispy, and full of flavor — some of the best I’ve had in Nashville-symrna The new salad was super fresh and had the perfect balance of ingredients. You can tell they care about quality. The staff was friendly and the place had a great vibe. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommended!
