Being a resident of Teaneck, I don’t know why I never tried one of these cakes before! Today is my birthday and my husband asked me what kind of cake I’d like. Well I’m so happy that I chose a mortgage Apple cake! How delicious! So moist, fresh, flavorful and not overwhelming sweet! It was actually perfect! The cream cheese icing is literally “the icing on the cake”! This will be my go to cake for any of my future cake needs! Soooo good ❤️

WOW! They hosted a pop-up at my work today and I couldn’t believe the timing because I had been craving cake all day. I originally went for the carrot cake, but they were sold out. I was suggested the apple cake instead and got to hear the story about how it saved the family’s home. Let me just say… I’m so glad the carrot cake was gone because this apple cake is INCREDIBLE! I even saved half my slice to enjoy later while watching the movie inspired by the bakery. I’ll absolutely be ordering more!

I ordered the Mortgage Apple cake and had it shipped to my brothers for Thanksgiving via Goldbelly. With all the desserts on the table the Mortgage Apple cake was the only one that ppl were eating! I can’t describe how incredible delicious and moist this cake was. Everyone was raving and cutting slices! I’m craving it right now!! Perfection.

Recently ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s Sweet 16, and they did not disappoint. She wanted three cakes (vanilla, chocolate, and the signature apple cake) designed to theme and this was perfection. I would have been happy enough because of how great they complemented the lavender butterfly theme, but they were so delicious there was almost nothing to take home! Definitely recommend!
