Andy's Frozen Custard

The service was so fast and polite. I’m so pleased to know our neighborhood Andy’s hires respectful teenage boys This young man went out of his way with his customer service skills. The product Andy’s delivers is always solid! This young man should be running the place. He has served us many times In today’s world I can’t express how nice it was for my younger Children to witness a role model. I should have gotten his name to tell management but that’s exactly why I came on here. I think I heard someone call him D or Den. We love Andy’s and we thank you for the bright spot in our town

Got the key lime shake and the James brownie shake. Key lime was super limey and delicious. James brownie was think with peanut butter and hot chocolate and brownie bites. 10/10 great!

Ice cream was great, however, we were one of two people in the Drive through and they completely messed up one of the ice creams. It also didn't help that the cashier at the window seemed to be snippy with me and my passenger, which was definitely nice. Love this location still though because 99% of everything else is awesome.

What a wonderful addition to Naperville. Such friendly service and very helpful in making a decision. I had to go in and cast my vote for Key lime pie concrete. Was super yummy. But now I may have to go try peach flavor before gone for summer. Wish this was around when my men were kids. See this as a great family gathering place.
