Love Andy’s and especially love this location! Spencer and the rest of the crew working were so kind and fast. I got the S’more’s concrete and it was delicious.
Pulled to the window no hello just a dirty look like I was bothering her. No smile. Takes my order, tells me total. Takes my card hands it back walks away. Customer service should be top priority. I will not be back. This was my first time ever trying Andy’s. Thank god the shake is amazing!
I’m excited we have this location so close to where we live. I was impressed how quickly they got through the Ku w if people - we got there just after 15 others did and they managed the line and orders much quicker than I thought they could. The concrete was great too!
Overall this place is really good, but I found a black curly hair in my ice cream today :(
